The main building in the Zeugma Mosaic Museum complex is the building where mosaics were found in the Zeugma building. One of the other two buildings is located at the place where the mosaics of the Late Antique Period church mosaics are exhibited.





Opened on September 9, 2010, Zeugma Mosaic Museum is one of the most important museums of the world with its 30 thousand square meters usage area. The museum complex with three large volumes is the building where mosaics from Zeugma were found in the main building. One of the other two buildings is located at the place where the mosaics of the Late Antique Period church mosaics are exhibited. Approximately 1,550 square meters of mosaics are on display. The third building is structured in the place of administrative offices and conference halls.





All the museum complex has storages on the basic floors. There are 51 mosaics (896.086m²) mosaics in the main building from the Zeugma antique city in the security excavations. The mosaics exhibited at the Zeugma Mosaic Museum date back to 2,800 square meters.
